I'm having trouble placing an order. I created my labels and clicked add to cart but then it says my cart is empty.
help? :(
Virginia, double-check to make sure that "cookies" are enabled in your internet browser.
- If they're not, enable them and try again.
- If they already are, try clearing out your internet browser cookies and try again.
- Alternately, give the toll-free number a call tomorrow. (It’s a holiday here today.)
Let me know how you manage.
Just to clarify, you can use the toll-free number (1-866-306-2235, M-F 9am-5pm EST) to place your order.
Other people are completing their orders without issue ... there's something tricky going on on your computer.
If you're up to it, e-mail me at MabelsAgent@NSCcards.com with more information (browser version etc) and we can see how far we can get!
thank you so much Lee
I'm not sure what the problem was b/c i cleared my cookies. My computer has been wonky all day though so i rebooted and had no trouble.
I was able to place my order w/o any troubles after that.
I'm excited to get my labels :)
Glad to hear your troubles resolved! Thanks for closing the loop, Virginia!
