Ooops, I missed the window to post the link to Space streaming Vincent and the Doctor. Which is too bad, because Tony Curran was fabulous as Van Gogh! Heracleum mantegazzianum, or giant hogweed, is a poisonous plant most recently found growing in Renfrew County, west of Ottawa.

Toronto's public transit system is making use of vehicle GPS to provide streetcar arrival times directly to your cellphone via text message.
While the TTC isn't charging for the service, standard cell phone carrier rates apply.
According to this CBC article, this messaging system will be put in place for buses later this year.
