Thank you Mr. Rogers

From the Fred Rogers Company website:

"When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, "Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping." To this day, especially in times of "disaster," I remember my mother's words and I am always comforted by realizing that there are still so many helpers – so many caring people in this world."

Flashpoint auction to benefit The Tema Conter Memorial trust

Back in 2008, I posted about an up and coming TV show created by two talented Torontonians.

As their 5th and final season wraps up, they're having an auction of items donated by Flashpoint cast an crew.  If you loved the show and want to get your hands on a piece of the show's history, go on over to TV-eh?, where Diane has generously set up the auction for free.

Auction proceeds will benefit The Tema Conter Memorial trust.

Auction ends December 14th at 11:59:59 EST.

Yum!

Expecto patronum!

Hoping to create a birthday event worthy of the Patronus Charm, but don't know what a Patronus Charm is?

Not to worry.  There are some terrific resources out there for creating a very Harry Potter birthday!  Check out these Potter-themed fonts for your invitations too.  My favourites are Harry Potter and Wizards Magic.

Make the day a magical one!
